SMG Stamboulian Medical Group, Inc. is a Florida corporation established in April 2002. SMG is a service provider for a group of companies in the following areas: preparation and coordination of requests for grants from pharmaceutical companies; organization and coordination of educational seminars, planning and implementation of fundraising activities; liaison with University of Miami; liaison for exchanges programs for doctors / medical students between the United States and Argentina.

Centros Medicos Dr. Stamboulian (CEI) was established more than 35 years ago in Argentina, with the principal idea of providing integral services in prevention, education, and treatment of infectious diseases. We have a medical team specialized in infectious diseases, among other specializations, such as microbiology, biochemistry, technicians, that offer patients and physicians integral services on general and specialized laboratory, immunization, travel medicine, and medical consultation in infectious diseases. Currently, the company has a group of qualified personnel in this area. It also relies on a group of professionals in the administrative and management areas.

In 2002, CEI opened a U.S. subsidiary, SMG, for the purpose of providing services to the Argentine group of companies engaged in the area of research, investigation, education, and prevention of infectious diseases.
